For a few years, but more seriously starting around 2023, I have been interested in internet privacy, free and open source software (FOSS), and self hosting. I started exploring this interest by starting to build a home server and diving down that rabbit hole.

This interest led me to stumble upon some videos about the IndieWeb and motivated me to start this website.

My goal is to generally carve my own space out here on the internet.

I'm in my late 20's. ^{Oh god am I gonna have to update this part every time?}
My main hobbies are gaming, music, and weird niche tech generally. I am generally interested in techy stuff and pick up a lot of hobbies that provide me with a technologically-oriented creative outlet.
Previous things I've tried are: Electronic Music Production, Video Editing and VFX, Photography and Photo Editing. So you can probably see why I would try to make a website.
In terms of my opinions on things... I'm generally a leftist ideologically, a bit pessimistic, and a critical media consumer. That should be most of the disclaimer you'll need for my 'essays' (read: rants) as well as my reviews. Don't take things too personally with the media stuff tho, I'm just a hater, not a snob who thinks I know better.
